Job Description:

Tasks

RTR is a very dynamic department. We pay high attention to training our employees, developing their knowledge and accounting skills.

We will make you convinced that the new opportunities in recognized brand and international company are within your reach.

  • Vendor and cost accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany Suppliers and Business Units
  • Posting incoming intercompany invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures (both for finance and purchase order documents)
  • Handling of approval process for incoming documents
  • Acting as a main point of contact for the suppliers and building the good relationship between the suppliers and our client
  • Monitoring and reconciling open positions on vendor, customer and G/L interim accounts
  • Taking active part in MEC/QEC/YEC preparation and performance of closing tasks
  • Posting and resolving of MEC/YEC provisions and accruals

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • To join us you need the Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
  • We highly appreciate minimum 2 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger or 3 years of experience in Accounts Payables (Purchase-to-Pay)
  • You feel quite confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner
  • German language knowledge would be an asset for our company
  • You feel confident in practice of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • If you already have the SAP knowledge your introduction will be even more efficient
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • You feel good when you cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
  • You understand that it is crucial to work systematically and respond to client and suppliers quickly and efficiently
  • Thanks to your highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset, you can easily work with high volume data
