Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
To provide support in the delivery of Accounts Receivable activities, performance analysis and improvement of controls for Provo Air Center (PAC operations):
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in the review, correction and delivery of accurate invoices through customer management software to customers. Provide accuracy feedback to Concierges and CEO invoices and suggest corrections
Upload invoices from customer management software link into accounting system, troubleshoot link and manually enter invoices when necessary
Apply customer payments in accounting system and reconcile accounts
Record commission payments and ensure properly applied
Prepare reports in relation to credit card payments, post-paid and prepaid customer accounts, reimbursed expenses, fuel sales.
Alert CEO to potential problems – unhappy customers, slow paying customers, consistent invoice errors.
Develop and maintain relationships with Customer Account representatives. Follow up on overdue payables and answer billing or payment queries from staff or customers promptly.
Prepare weekly collections estimate report for Financial Controller FP & A based on above
Maintain fuel price database and send out price advice notices to customer list monthly or as required.
