Job Description

This position primarily supports our Brisbane office as outlined below:

• Raising sales invoices
• Posting purchase invoices
• Dealing with customer / supplier / broker queries
• Setting up payments in the bank
• Posting payments / receipts in accounting software
• Bank reconciliations
• Filing and other administrative tasks
• Ad hoc database cleaning and projects if required
• Assisting with month end reporting and other reports if required
• Any other reasonable ad hoc task when required

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Able to work with the Brisbane time zone from SGT 07:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday
• A diploma level in accountancy or finance
• 0–1+ year experience in accounting and experience (MNC is preferred for experienced person)
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to take challenges and able to work multi-tasking under tight deadlines
• Independent, mature and self-motivated
• Good team player
• Detail-oriented and quick learner
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Diligent, Trustworthy and reliable
• Immediate available is highly preferred
