Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university

Minimum of eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and expertise for this level usually results from internal progressive experience. However selection for this position is based on the demonstrated ability of the person to successfully fulfill the requirements listed.

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Microsoft Office, Word and ExcelEQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:PC’s, ten key and basic office equipment LANGUAGE SKILLS:Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; Able to read and interpret documents: Able to write routine reports and correspondence: Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and area; Able to apply concepts of basic algebra.REASONING ABILITY:Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
