Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcome and direct visitors and customers.
- Understand clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Order catering and set up and clean up after meetings/events.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Facilitate the ordering process for business cards and badges.
- Participate in new hire orientation preparation and meetings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
