Amentum is currently seeking an Administrative Support Analyst IV to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.

As an Administrative Support Analyst IV you will be expected to provide the following support to the Project Manager Soldier Survivability:
Provide senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources support for the PM and others as necessary.
Handle sensitive or confidential information.
Manage PM calendar using MS Outlook.
Perform in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support.
Prepare a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software.
Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.
Train lower-level administrative support analysts.
Required Skills & Experience:
Expert in MS Office Suite of Software.
Proficient with Defense Travel System.
Knowledgeable in MS SharePoint.

This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
