The Passenger Services agent is responsible for the application of Air Inuit’s policies and special programs related to passenger services and staff travel. It is also responsible for the re-protection of passengers in the event of IRROPS (irregular operations), group travel and special events, some corporate reservations, Board Members and Executive travel arrangements and special authorizations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure irregular operations coordination in regards to customer service;
- Rebook passengers in case of bad weather or operational circumstances;
- Answer queries from customers concerning flight loads and service quality;
- Organize group reservations and different trips for tournaments and other activities;
- Verify and react daily to flight loads in order to optimize passenger service;
- Provide daily Meal Orders to Culin-Air;
- Apply corporate contracts;
- Supply to authorized personnel all ticketing services for their transportation in compliance with company policies;
- Follow up on customer satisfaction;
- Apply policies from the tariff and commercial operations manuals;
- Executive travel;
- Discounts;
- Other tasks related to the passenger services department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have pertinent experience with Air Inuit’s operational policies and passenger services policies;
- Be familiar with the Nunavik territory as well as company characteristics;
- Be bilingual (French/English) and have the ability to speak Inuktitut would be a complementary asset;
- Be familiar with reservation systems (Hitit would be an asset);
- Be familiar with Word, Excel and Office;
- Have team spirit;
- Be focused on customer satisfaction.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
- Modified work schedule:
- Weekends on rotation (06:45-18:00)
- Working hours between 7:00 and 18:00.
COMPENSATION
- Compensation and benefits are determined in accordance with corporate policy;
- Annual salary starting at $45,890.
- Priority will be given to internal applicants.
