What are your contributions to the team?
- Prepare and standardize data collection/ maintenance structure for evaluating supplier performance around operations, supply chain and quality aspects.
- Conduct analysis on various qualitative and quantitative data collected by Supplier Assessment teams to drive recommendations.
- Work Collaboratively with assessment teams to embed data-driven intelligence into the planning, preparation & execution of supplier capability assessments.
- Streamline & automate activities (to the extent possible) related to historical reviews of supplier performance, financial terms etc.
- Collaborate with functional leads to maintain data around team metrics and supplier capability assessments.
- Collaborate with logistics buyers & supplier compliance to collect & review respective supplier KPIs.
- Utilize dashboards/ other visualization capabilities to illustrate historical trends/ observations for suppliers , instances of non-compliance &improvement opportunities.
- Conduct performance tracking & reporting for the teams metrics & to keep track of capability assessments.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have more than 5 years of experience in Data analysis & visualization. Experience in anyone of the visualization tools – Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau etc. is highly preferable
- You hold strong Data analysis/ synthesis skills to consolidate assessment observations and track improvement actions. Experience in advanced data analysis tools – AI, ML, RPA is a plus
- You hold excellent relationship management skills, strong collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to link capability assessment outcomes to Business Objectives
- You hold strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of MS Office applications (including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word) and statistical analysis software
