Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to support manufacturing and operational quality efforts in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements through inspection, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Perform inspections and audits of incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Identify, document, and track nonconformances and corrective actions
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, procedures, and work instructions
Qualifications- Previous experience in a quality-related role within manufacturing or aerospace preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Familiarity with inspection tools, quality standards, and corrective action processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in basic computer applications and quality reporting systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule & Benefits- Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
