Job Title: Business Analyst for A/C Maintenance Operation (M/F)

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Digital department based in Bangalore, India. As a business analyst, you will be part of the Product and Service Lines (PSL) ”A/L Support & Services“ and you will join a scrum team belonging to the product “A/C Maintenance Operation”. You will be part of an Agile Multi-Functional Team (MFT) designing, implementing and deploying new IT solutions

Your challenges: ● As a business analyst, you will support product owner by collecting and challenging business needs, delivering and ensuring part of the product backlog and ensuring integrity of it with the designed solution ● You will conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the business requirements and operational objectives of our business. ● You will support development team during each sprint ● You will be responsible, with the product owner, of the sprint acceptance by designing and executing test plans. ● You’ll have also to deliver product functional documentation ● You’ll have also to analyze L3 incident and propose functional workaround/solution

Your boarding pass: ● You hold a university degree (or equivalent) in Project Management or Computer Science with a focus on IT ● You are motivated to understand business processes and stakes. ● You have knowledge in Project management ● You have knowledge on how to manage the expectations and needs of our customers ● You bring a basic knowledge in IT Product Design & Product Development ● You have excellent communication skills to work in a globally distributed team ● You are fluent in English. French knowledge will be an added advantage

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.

- Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy.

- Supports the IT Product Manager/Solution Owner in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.

- Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.

- Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.

- Monitors external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.

- Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
