Job Description:

As a Business Applications Analyst III, you will be using your skills and expertise to problem solve and architect challenging, new IT solutions. Youll be responsible for planning, analysis, and design of our enhancements, major deployments, upgrades, and user/role based security. Your technical responsibilities include the application of our server based IT system methodologies and concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Act as lead Mobile SME
• Maintaining all backend EMM (WorkspaceOne) components and services
• Ensure 100 uptime for mobile environment
• Perform upgrades on all WorkspaceOne backend components on a regular basis
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly assess a situation and troubleshoot to resolution
• Provide recommendations on solution enhancements for mobile environment 
• Integrate new solutions into EMM to enhance overall mobile experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing WorkspaceOne groups and app deployments  
• Coordinate with other departments as Mobility lead to complete major corporate initiatives 
• Keep current with latest mobile threats and provide recommendations for remediation 
• Work with mobile carriers to ensure proper services are enabled for mobile devices
• Design/manage end user experience on mobile end points
• Provide comprehensive testing for mobile OS and apps prior to deployment 
• Stay current with the latest mobile trends
• Work closely with tier I mobile admins to provide guidance and assistance
• Provide regular updates to direct manager through status updates, staff meetings, and face to face interaction
• Ensure application documentation is thorough and kept up to date
• Provide on call support as needed
• Able to work independently on tasks assigned 
• Punctual and prepared to work scheduled work hours
• Other duties as assigned 


Must-haves:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft Office lifecycle management and managing 3rd party licenses software

Preferred:

• Experience with implementing an MDM solution to manage Apple Macs 
• Experience with Intune mobile and workstations management
• Experience with Intune policies

• Experience troubleshootingmanaging Windows 10 & 11 and Microsofts upgrade cycle
• Experience managing/configuring Microsoft Office
• Experience troubleshooting and configuring workstation hardware
• Experience managing endpoints using latest version of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Experience managing mobile devices using an MDM/EMM
• Experience troubleshooting and configuring Dell & Microsoft workstations specifically
• Experience managing/configuring Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
• Experience managing and configuring M365 solutions

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
