The Corporate Global Business Development Office (CGBDO) is seeking a Principal, or Senior Principal Business Development Analyst to support the enterprise’s global growth objectives.
Located at the Corporate headquarters in Falls Church, VA, this position will be part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for the coordination of resources and operations in the development of Northrop Grumman’s global business portfolio. This position will support a broad set of key global business development priorities, including pipeline management, international localization opportunities, and the overall development and growth roadmap for the international offices. The analyst will also be responsible for supporting wide-ranging global enterprise business development initiatives for CGBDO leadership.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and projects initiated by CGBDO leadership by working with cross-functional teams and leaders throughout the enterprise
Support the international consultant and consultant sales representative compliance process
Track and support the operations of global localization
Prepare and support development of executive-level presentations and meetings
Create and manage websites and SharePoint sites
Lead international pipeline data management through the Salesforce tool
Develop and manage reports and dashboards for enterprise awards performance and pipeline metrics
Analyze and synthesize pipeline data by country and the enterprise as a whole

In addition, the candidate must have strong inter-personal skills, uncompromising integrity, the ability to engage stakeholders, and be able to communicate effectively.

Additional Basic Qualifications
Experience in business development, strategy, project management, or related field
Demonstrated experience with CRM tools
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Proven ability to produce high quality work for executive audiences, including presentations and concise summaries
Ability to work requisite hours to support executive deadline in fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, ability to operate independently, dynamically manage priorities, and thrive in a multi-disciplinary, highly collaborative team environment
Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Salesforce
Proficiency with SharePoint
Experience in international business
Salary Range: $110,300 - $165,500
Salary Range 2: $137,400 - $206,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
