Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This team member will be expected to wear many hats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, organizing records and bookkeeping, and implementing strategic plans.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilize Quickbooks or similar software to track sales activities and create estimates.
- Track and maintain inventory of materials and equipment necessary for upholstery shop.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Any job-specific duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management principles.
- Strategic planning abilities to drive business development initiatives.
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $66,000
- 1099-NEC and W2 available (applicant choice)
