Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Process and monitor warranty claims to LHT suppliers
- Cooperate intensively with LHT purchasing and engineering teams
- Communicate price and technical clarifications with LHT suppliers and internal departments
- Dispute denied warranty claims LHT suppliers
- Process credit notes to Accounting department and check if all due claims are cleared
- Escalate non-performing suppliers to the responsible LHT departments
- Monitor quality and alert of existing or missing warranty data
- Assist in continuous development and process optimization

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree (Economics, Business, Engineering or others)
- Minimum 1,5 years relevant experience required
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint)
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Ability to generate new ideas for improvement within his working area
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in supply chain and/or aviation industry is an advantage
