Job Description:

Tasks

The Consultant Information Managment - AMOS Administrator is responsible for:

  • Planning, controlling, and providing IT products to support LHAs business processes
  • Planning, controlling, and provisioning section-related service management to support LHAs business processes
  • Planning and controlling section-related providers
  • Participating in projects from the perspective of IT product management and, if necessary, managing IT technical projects for assigned IT products
  • Negotiating IT services and shared use agreements for assigned IT products, even in cases of conflicting interests
  • Continuously optimizing IT operating processes for assigned subsections
  • Providing technical guidance and support to assigned employees in the specialist area, ensuring effective organizational and process design

 

* Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal Consultant Information Managment - AMOS Administrator should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, business informatics, economics with knowledge of computer science, natural or engineering sciences, or comparable fields of study required
  • IT specialist with a technical business administration degree or extensive experience in the IT sector
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Excellent knowledge of current IT technologies
  • Proficiency in methods & tools for software engineering
  • Strong skills in process analysis and optimization
  • In-depth understanding of data protection
  • Analytical thinking
  • Knowledge & experience with the administration of AMOS systems
  • Cost/benefit awareness
