Job Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator assists our recruitment team in all aspects of the recruitment process, tracking and reporting. The position oversees candidate pre-employment assessments, including PHI Fit and Skills Assessment testing, by coordinating the sending, follow-up, and tracking of applicant completion, as well as managing follow-ups with assessment graders. This position will track the candidate flow and where each candidate is in the assessment completion process and communicate with all involved as needed and applicable. This position develops and distributes marketing materials and manages our social media recruitment platforms. The coordinator will support hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Posts positions for recruitment on our website and the various job boards, career websites, newspapers, university boards, etc. Works with the website or site coordinator(s) as needed.
  • Oversees the candidate PHI Fit and Skills Assessment testing by coordinating the sending, follow-up, and tracking of applicant completion. Additionally, manage follow-ups with assessment graders throughout the hiring process.
  • Engages with and schedule screenings for passively sourced candidates.
  • Sources resumes and applications based on qualifications.
  • Communicates with human resources, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support various recruitment events, including campus events, career fairs, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Work with external partners to support the build-out of content generation for social media strategy.
  • Assists with the tracking of recruitment data, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Assist with various Human Resources and Recruitment projects and tasks as they arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of general office administration experience required
  • Healthcare or Aviation experience preferred.
  • Experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, or communications in a corporate environment is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or HRM systems
  • Highly proficient and Microsoft office products, advanced level in Excel and Word.
  • Professional in matters of high confidentiality.
  • This position is designated Safety Sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
