Position Summary
This function as Crew Administrator includes supporting crew coordination and crew training department within Flight Operations department.
You will be working in a multicultural and dynamic environment liaising with Crew members based all around the world.
Coordinating with different departments withing the organization will be part of role.
We’re looking for a motivated team player with high work ethics and wiliness to learn.
Main Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining operational systems with flight crew relevant documents
- Monitoring, organizing, and maintaining different Crew member certificates including (Medicals, Licenses, Visa, Validations, Training certificates, etc.) Updating records in different databases
- Supporting Flight Crew Members with different requests and documentation.
- Organizing Uniforms for Flight Crew Members
- Assisting of Onboarding of new Flight Crew Members and Contractors
- Invoice Management
- Supporting with Organization of Training events
- Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Main Responsibilities Cont.
- Experience in Administrative roles, or client facing roles
- Experience in Aviation environment is of advantage
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. German language is of advantage.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
- Willingness to adapt and react to quickly changing operational environment
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, have initiative and be creative
- Excellent team spirit with ability to work independently
- Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values.
