About YOU:
The Crew Planner reports directly to the Sr Manager of Crew Planning. They create, maintain, and master an unparalleled level of efficient, effective and safe crew planning and scheduling procedures that build both crew and customer loyalty seamlessly while meeting the financial, regulatory, and operations needs of the company.
Primary responsibilities:
• Provide crew planning oversight to ensure resources allocated effectively and deliver customers to their destination on-time and build crew and customer loyalty.
• Constantly drive improvements in the daily operation through cross-functional problem solving and collaboration with department leads.
• Collaborate in the analysis of the feasibility of, development and enhancements to Scheduling and planning programs.
• Conduct reviews of the schedule and daily operations to ensure team standards are consistently met.
• Establish, maintain, and interpret crew planning metrics.
• Coordinates with Chief Pilot and Director of Inflight and Hospitality Training to maintain and execute crew bid awards and schedules.
• Coordinate with Check Airman and Training Captains to efficiently schedule and conduct Supervised Flying.
• Evaluate availability of crew and aircraft resources and reallocate as necessary to meet operational demand.
• Coordinate training for mountainous airports and maintain a current list of approved crew members.
• Approve or deny crew swaps based on financial and operational impact.
• Develop safe and effective recovery plans to minimize client and operational impacts.
• Oversight of all crew qualification and training records.
• Other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Crew Planning.

Fine Print:
- 4-Year College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience (essential requirement)
- Minimum of 2 years Aircraft or Crew Scheduling or Dispatch experience (essential requirement)
- System Integration and Implementation Experience (essential requirement)
- Related logistic experience (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range $50,000 - $60,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
