Summary and Objective
The crew scheduler will work within an operations scheduling team to ensure all aircraft are crewed to ensure maximum utilization of fleet. The crew scheduler will monitor positioning days to ensure travel is arranged and all travel aspects are addressed for the selected crew member. This position requires weekend, on-call rotation and potential holiday work.

- Prepare and maintain flight crew schedules for Part 135 airline operations
- Input and validate accurate data in airtable for all aircrew schedules, training events, PTO or other leave events.
- Integrate with Flight Control to book all aircrew daily travel in a timely manner, maintaining flexibility to cancel and adjust travel due to rapid schedule changes.
- Integrate with Sceduling Department to efficiently accomplish crew swaps and notify crew members of swap plan and itinerary.
- Coordinate with training department to ensure crew currency prior to crews traveling
- Verifying legality of pilot flight and duty times while scheduling flight crews
- Coordinate travel for crew swaps and IOE
- Provide pilots with timely and accurate communication on their travel arrangements and changes
- Set up pilot traveler profiles including credit card and loyalty information
- Attend daily OCC Meetings to provide accurate crew scheduling information to other departments
- Projects /Other duties, as assigned

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Outlook.
Work environment
- On-Site
- Monday-Thursday Schedule 11am-9pm
- (Schedule subject to change as department grows)

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
