Crew Support Instructor, Level I
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
· Ability to demonstrate professionalism in communication, conduct, and workplace interactions.
· Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in both FAR 117 and FAR 121 as they pertain to crewmember scheduling.
· Knowledge of the PPM, FAPM, CSOM, and all other Crew Support processes and procedures.
· Working knowledge of all software applications in use by Crew Support.
· High level of organizational skills.
· Friendly and outgoing personality.
· Self-motivated, team player.
· Must be able to work with others as a team, as well as alone with minimal supervision.
· Ability to respond quickly to change.
· Schedule must be flexible, and available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
· 1 Year Crew Support Experience
· Crew Support Supervisor / Crew Support Desk Trainer Experience
· Phone and Utilization Supervisor qualified or willing to become qualified upon hire.
Crew Support Instructor, Level II
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) listed above as Level I Instructor, and the following:
· Ops Supervisor qualified
· Legalities qualified, or ability to become qualified upon hire
· Lead Ops Supervisor qualified, or ability to become qualified upon hire
· Two years Crew Support Instructor, or Ops Supervisor experience
· Strong knowledge of FAR117 and its application in the Crew Support processes
