Essential Responsibilities:
- Engage with assigned customers on all matters pertaining to the fulfilment of their PO requirements,
- Ensure customer contract pricings are loaded timely and accurately in ERP system and to report any issues immediately.
- Provide timely and accurate quotation and diligently follow-up with timely customers’ approval,
- Administer scrapped parts downgrade and issue NSMR and purchase parts for scrap replacement where required.
- Set up new customers’ accounts.
- Proactive follow-up with Shop teams and/or Customer Program Managers and/or Sales Directors for prompt issue resolutions and/or communications
- Respond to customers’ queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Undertake further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns verbally or in writing.
- Execute duties with EHS mindset and utmost integrity.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 2 years of working experience.
- Relevant experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Competent with Microsoft applications
- Ability to manage self and tasks in proactive manner, excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail, possess a calm and analytical approach to problem solving.
