The Opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia is seeking experienced Supply Chain Customer Support Specialists to support a world class capabilities, based in Wacol, Queensland.
Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Specialist will perform a variety of duties including; ensure availability of spare parts, material requirements, sourcing material, warehouse receipt, inspection, dispatch, stock take and asset management. The incumbent will ensure the (ERP) system are managed in accordance with logistics policies and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in: warehousing, supply chain processes and use of enterprise asset management and/or supply chain processing systems.
- Demonstrated experience in asset and/or inventory management from receipt through to disposal, including movement tracking and record keeping, stock-taking, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with use of Manual Handling Equipment & Warehouse operations.
- Ability to obtain a Forklift Licence.
- Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
Security Clearance
Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet Australian Government security clearance requirements and be prepared to undergo the security clearance vetting process at the NEGATIVE VETTING level.
