About the Role:
As a UKG Business Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards within the UKG platform. Your work will provide key stakeholders with valuable workforce insights, enabling strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Talent, and other departments to extract, analyze, and present critical data, helping to optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage reports within UKG Pro Workforce Management.
Collaborate with Talent and HR teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Identify risks, optimize efficiencies, and contribute to system design, testing, and training.
Drive the full analytical process, from data acquisition and validation to actionable reporting.
Provide insights that empower leadership with strategic workforce planning decisions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Expert-level knowledge of UKG & Excel.
Experience with UKG BI (Cognos) reporting.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
Background in HR/Payroll data reporting & analytics.
Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Pay Details: $40.01 to $45.99 per hour
