About the role:

As a Document Specialist, you will take responsibility for the quality control and organisation of incoming and outgoing documents. Other duties will include, processing timely and accurate incoming post, verifying, and sorting, incoming invoices as well as scanning, archiving, and validating invoices according to procedures and providing high-quality internal customer service.

Your responsibilities:

• Reviewing and verifying received accounting documentation, sorting, scanning, validating and archiving invoices
• Maintaining and updating, archiving database
• Monitoring incoming/ outgoing deliveries
• Entering and uploading invoices into the system
• Reporting any issues related to software and hardware malfunctions
• Providing ad hoc reports to the supervisor
• Validating invoices in APA system, keeping daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs updated.
