- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the TBM & Kodiak airshows and events in the Americas (mainly United States and Brazil) from the concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand image.
- Coordinate the various logistical steps related to the organization of the event in compliance with constraints and deadlines. Including, booth suppliers, catering, audiovisual needs, travel arrangements and on-site support during the events…
- Select and manage the external service providers who will intervene on the events according to previously defined specifications.
- Sourcing and management of customer gifts and goodies for the events and the Kodiak & TBM Store
- Budget management and control - Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
- Prepare detailed event reports, including post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain and manage relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

Profile and other information related to the position
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the aerospace or a related industry.
- The position involves regular travel, both domestically and internationally.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with vendors and suppliers.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French is a bonus.
- Understanding of the U.S. aerospace industry, including key players, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

The base salary range for this role is $54,000 - $64,000. Offers will be extended to selected candidates on a fair and equitable basis, considering specific job-related skills and experience.
