Responsibilities
Position Summary The Front Desk HR Coordinator is responsible for front desk reception duties and other administrative tasks. This team member is the first contact for visitors and the facilitation of the Company Visitors policy.
Job Responsibilities
- Answers and directs calls accordingly
- Receives visitors and team members and answers questions and/or refers them to the appropriate department
- Prepares outgoing mail/packages
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Orders office supplies for corporate headquarters and maintain office supply inventory
- Assist the Travel Department when needed for Dependent Verifications and limited travel booking for Team Members
- Assist with document collection and coordinate permanent filing into digital personnel files
- Supervise the Visitor program for the corporate headquarters; visitors log and badges
- Coordinates guests with various departments to include Security, Finance, IT, and the Executive Team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Position Specifics
Qualifications Required
- At least two years of experience working in customer service, travel or the airline industry
- Proven experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to speak/read/write in English.
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US.
Preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and coordinate across many departments.

Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position
Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to the HR team accordingly through the Assistant Director of Human Resources

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
