  • A Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with  4-7 years of experience in the IT industry.

  • Good understanding of  ITIL processes .Certification is preferred

  • Extensive knowledge on Service Level Management and reporting.Usage of service now tool and reports would be preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills, complex problem solving, ability to diagnose, reproduce & address queries independently. 

  • Experience in stakeholder management and Consumer support, adaptation and learning of the business processes

  • Experienced in working within a product delivery lifecycle in software development 

  • Good understanding of server architecture and Engineering applications.

  • Knowledge on Next Generation Lab (NGL), VDI and Devops tool  is preferred.

  • Knowledge on 3D Experience would be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge on project management activities would be an added advantage.

  • Awareness on working in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban projects

  • Experience in bug tracking, issue tracking using Jira/Version One tool.

  • Curiosity & team player attitude, with a wish to evolve with your team

  • Excellent communication skills to work in a globally distributed team

  • French knowledge will be an added advantage


 

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with business users and relevant stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and deliverables.

Provide day-to-day support for production processing by solving incidents and requests raised by the user community and an ongoing event and alert management related to Application usage, availability and performance inside a defined support environment.

Identify, assess risks and opportunities in his/her area of duty. He/she identifies and prioritizes events that might negatively/positively affect the programme / process/ function objectives and he/she categorizes them. He/she takes corrective and preventive actions accordingly.

Analyze and propose/implement to Improve incident resolution quality

Perform incident categorisation/classification & find out critical issues/most popular incidents and do root cause analysis

Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents & trend analysis for proactive measures

Write/Update knowledge management articles with incident analysis

Participate in Agile Development activities and deliver features for fix/improvement of the service

Apply DevOps tools,  culture and mindset for all your activities on a daily basis

Excellent communication skills to work in a globally distributed team

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on demand

Travel

Willingness to travel for long & short term to Europe
