An opportunity for a Global Mobility Specialist & Payroll Spain Specialist has arisen within Airbus.

You will join a community of passionate people for Global Mobility. You will become a member of a Transnational Team, based in the 4 Founding Countries (France, Germany, Spain and UK), and managing around 3,200 employees under Global Mobility in approximately 40 countries.

As per Transnational Catch up users & International Payroll Specialist, you will collaborate actively to make people move worldwide, according to the company business need and strategy.

Part of the Airbus transformation and digitalization, we are accompanying Workday deployment, the master tool for Airbus HR information system.

Also part of the global mobility the international payroll team in Spain, you will manage international moves from and to Spain (all divisions, several mobility contracts type).

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manage moves between products companies, in Workday HR system which enforces a straight and active collaboration with the Host HR Business Partner and Global Mobility Partner.

-Work to a high standard transnational level, and support the HRBPs in regions on a daily basis with their operations, and be expert in complex cases analysis and problem solving.

-Deal with queries from all stakeholders worldwide – Assignees / HRBP / Managers / Transnational Payroll Teams, Global Mobility team (all countries, all divisions).

-Deliver a high quality payroll for all International Mobility assignees from/to Spain, in line with Global Assignment Policy guidelines, International regulation, national Spanish legislation and company rules.

-Understand new standards, regulations, or quality requirements impacting payroll in order to ensure adequate compliance checks are carried out.

-Lead or participate to the company transformation (digital, regulations…)

-Be a reliable focal point for our customers on payroll queries.

SKILLS

Education:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Aministration, Human Resources, Payroll, or related studies

Experience:

-2/3 years working in an international mobility administration, in payroll administration, or HR administration.

Technical Knowledge:

-Previous experience with HR system (SAP, Workday) 

-General knowledge level in G Suite and Excel

Languages:

-Advanced level of English

Soft Skills:

-Listening capabilities and customer oriented mindset

-Enjoy challenging situations while remaining a Team Player

-Delivery culture and rigorous
