We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and forward-thinking Government Property Reporting Analyst to support the stabilization, sustainment, and compliance of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Item Unique Identification (IUID) reporting within DoD’s Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The role focuses on execution, data integrity, training support, and proactive monitoring to ensure compliance with DFARS 252.211-7003, 252.211-7007 and 252.245-7005. The position plays a critical role in resolving legacy data issues, supporting contract property transitions, providing training to stakeholders, and reducing audit and GCAR escalation risk.

What You Will Do
- Execute cleanup of existing GFP Position Report and IUID records to improve data accuracy and compliance.
- Perform accurate and timely GFP and IUID reporting within PIEE.
- Support PIEE reporting requirements for contract transfers and property lifecycle events.
- Validate data integrity and ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of PIEE and GFP training materials.
- Assist in identifying stakeholders involved in IUID and GFP reporting across Raytheon.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to internal stakeholders on PIEE reporting procedures.
- Perform ongoing monitoring to ensure sustained DFARS and FAR compliance.
- Identify discrepancies, trends, or risks and escalate through appropriate channels.
- Support implementation and execution of automated controls and discrepancy detection tools.
- Assist with audit support, data calls, and compliance reviews.
- Assist with reconciliation of PIEE reporting backlog in alignment with DFARS requirements.
- Support corrective actions to resolve reporting issues and prevent recurrence.
- Participate in CORE engagements and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate daily with the Government Property Reporting Manager, team members, programs, contracts, logistics, supply chain, and customers.
- Effectively communicate reporting status, risks, and metrics to management.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years experience.
- Experience with either Government Property.
- Experience with SAP or PRISM.

Qualifications We Prefer
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word), including macros and data formulas.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and respond to urgent compliance needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective, trust-based relationships.
- Experience using SharePoint for document and process management.
- Demonstrated capability in identifying issues and driving process improvements.
- NPMA CPPS certification or ability to obtain within one year.
- Working knowledge of SAP, PIEE and other ERP asset management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and support process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
