Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Act as the trusted partner when addressing employee issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Participate as appropriate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing tools and guidance for effective evaluations.
  • Help track employee performance metrics and facilitate performance improvement plans.
  • Facilitate employee development programs and succession planning initiatives.

Policy Development and Compliance

  • Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with legal regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

HR Data Management

  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee engagement, and turnover trends.

HR Projects

  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful at building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
