As a Hospitality Intern at JSX, you will support our team in enhancing the Customer experience and maintaining high service standards. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aviation hospitality sector. You will assist in the development and implementation of hospitality programs and services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall travel experience. You will support the team in managing Customer feedback and ensuring satisfaction. You will help organize onboard services, including catering and amenities.

Fine Print
- Active full-time college student completing sophomore or junior year (essential requirement)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (essential requirement)
- Passion for customer service and the aviation industry (essential requirement)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (essential requirement)
- Extra-curriculars and leadership experience (preferred)
Pay & Perks
Compensation is $18.00 per hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
