Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Assist recruiting by distributing Job Requestions, scheduling interviews and coordinating necessary skills testing.
Coordinate New Hire Orientation. Prepare new hire paperwork.
Lead New Hire Benefit review and enrollment and assist employees with benefit issues.
Update job descriptions, employee handbook, personnel policies and procedures as directed by HR Manager.
Assist HR Manager by communicating employee events, company news and any other information that is necessary.
Consistently maintain all personnel files.
Assist employees with benefits, policies and other questions as needed.
Run monthly HR Reports as assigned
Maintain Contractor hours and verify weekly time and invoices from contract houses.
Other duties as required.

Position Qualification Requirements:
At least two years HR experience.
Bachelors degree in human resources preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of employment practices, compliance, and benefits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
Ability to effectively communicate in all forms (verbal and written)
Salary Range:
$21 - $25 per hour
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk and sit; is occasionally required to stand; is regularly required to use both hands to make coordinated movements; is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; is regularly required to lift and /or move up to 10 pounds occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Proper lifting technique is required.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. This position requires exposure to manufacturing areas where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection is required.
