POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for promoting IT users and customers considering all the Companys business units a positive and valuable experience in Information Technology (IT) request fulfillment, guidance and incident handling services in accordance with the product catalog and agreed service levels, leveraging the business of the demanding areas and ensuring the availability of
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the supplier of hardware asset management and SCCM services, integration with the PC as a Service team, Software Asset Management and Service Desk with a global scope (all Embraer units).
- Carries out support activities in projects, managing activities and indicators of the use of assets in the company.
- Manages endpoint policy management activities, software updates and patches.
- Responsible for internal and external controls and audits in this scope.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Math/Engineering or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in area of responsibility
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in endpoint and inventory management tools (Configuration Management, Intune, Flexera Flexnet).
- Experience in endpoint operating systems (Windows, Linux and MacOS)
- ITIL experience.
- Experience with hardware homologation
- Experience in active directory management (OUs, GPOs, etc.).
- Management of services and suppliers.
- Must be very customer oriented.
- Able to solve complex problems.
- Experience juggling multiple responsibilities and prioritization of conflicting
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft tools and PowerBI are desirable.
- ITIL Certification desirable.
