Job Summary:
Navblue, a subsidiary of Airbus, is a fast paced and growing aviation software company. This position offers an opportunity to join our world-class global IT department. In this role you will interact with many aspects of the day to day operation of the business and provide support to staff. Learning practical skills critical to a career in IT.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide advanced support for laptop computers to local employees (~90), including hardware imaging, diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs.
Support end-users with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting (OS, office applications, specialized tools).
Support onboarding process and identity management (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory) and work on quality of life improvements via automation
Maintain local IT equipment (printers, conference room, etc) and coordinate with vendor in charge of networking.
Build, configure, and maintain virtual servers.
Evaluate regular tasks and create Standard Operating Procedures to automate or delegate tasks to Level 1 support team
Collaborate with other IT teams to support company-wide initiatives.
Skills and Experience
Advanced understanding of Active Directory
Advanced OS and laptop troubleshooting experience
Experience with VMware ESXi or similar hypervisor systems
Experience with Microsoft Powershell as an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Polish
Excellent customer service skills with an ability to explain complex concepts to people of all skill levels
