Nightwing is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join a dynamic program in a world-class operations facility. The program requires a candidate that can support a broad range of fast paced, quick reaction program requirements. The IT Specialist will design, develop, and install architecture for end-to end integrated systems and applications for facility-wide requirements. The IT Specialist will have problem solving experience to commission, troubleshoot, and configure a variety of computing and network hardware. As part of a team, this role will manage facility networks and to provide general IT support to the campus. The individual has experience with fiber networking, and ideally, they have a background in switch configuration. Assist project teams with vendor management and coordination of equipment quotes and orders.

Required Skills:
Proven experience with Microsoft Windows based systems architecture and operating systems
Experienced systems administration of enterprise networks, connectivity, and equipment
Experienced accountable property and asset tracking management
Experienced with IT equipment installation and decommission (from user workspace to Network/ DEMARC rooms)
Experienced with new facility fit-out and the requirements management to include enterprise and program specific IT architecture
Maintain project plans and diagrams
Diverse IT knowledge to provide the mitigation of potential impacts within the work area and across the project teams
Proactively engage with all audience levels to determine the IT needs for meetings, projects, etc
Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or remote
Setup and monitor high-priority meetings utilizing collaboration and audio-visual services
Receive and respond to incoming incidents and support requests in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members on current issues and resolutions
Prioritize a variety of tasks, based on current environment needs
Education/Experience Requirement:
College degree strongly preferred or high school diploma plus some advanced training
Current certification in at least one of the following areas preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA), preferably in Microsofts current Desktop Operating System, CCNA

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
