Job Description:

Purpose of Position
The International Trip Review Specialist, Senior works from Owner inquiry, booking, and through flight execution to identify and mitigate potential service issues. This is accomplished by recommending options that are customized to the Owner's preferences and context of flight.The International Trip Review Specialist collaborates with other NetJets teams and external partners to ensure all logistical arrangements, including international estimates, are confirmed on time and communicated effectively.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Complete thorough trip reviews of international flight reservations to evaluate any factor that my prevent the flight from meeting the Owner's service expectations. Provide mitigation options for all potential issues to prevent or minimize deviation from the planned flight schedule.
  • Conduct feasibility checks by building flight test plans and reviewing aircraft performance limitations. Utilize test flight plans to update Owner reservation trip times, identify overflight permit requirements, and request accurate airport slots and permits.
  • Communicate options to Owner Services, Owners, and other operational teams to provide the best possible flight experience for the Owner.
  • Identify and execute logistical arrangements that require advanced planning.
  • Through a comprehensive understanding of the NetJets sales products, provide international estimates for Owner trip reservations or inquiries.
  • Point of contact and subject matter expert for potential and current Owner inquiries and scenario reviews. Responsible for collaboration with all necessary flight center teams including Dispatch, Meteorology, Scheduling, Owner Services, Flight Operations, Flight Mission Delivery, Aircraft Industries, NetJets Europe operational teams, Executive Jet Management, and external vendors and partners.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
•Bachelor's degree preferred
•Minimum 4 years experience in international flight operations
•Solid experience and knowledge of international flight logistics and requirements
•Strong experience and knowledge in international flight planning
•Solid understanding of general aviation operations
•General understanding of aviation weather
•General understanding of business aircraft capabilities and limitations
•Working knowledge of FAR parts 91, 91K, and 135
•Knowledge and understanding of international airspace rules and regulations
•Solid understanding of NetJets sales products
•Excellent problem-solving skills, anticipating potential issues, and handling uncertainty
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver to diverse audiences
•Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
•Strong ability to recognize and embrace the diversity of the employee and Owner groups
•Ability to work a flexible schedule to include all shifts; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, as required
