Norwegian is looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to join our CRM team.

The team is a part of the marketing department and is responsible for CRM communication with Norwegian customers.

As a Junior CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in the co-production, execution,

and implementation of email marketing campaigns across various markets and languages, tailored to different purposes.

 

You will also be responsible for the ongoing co-production and co-implementation of email newsletters, ensuring they meet our high standards.

Additionally, you will implement prepared segmentation and targeted content to optimize our marketing efforts.

 

A crucial part of your role will involve continuous A/B testing to refine and enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.

 

The position involves close dialogue with internal stakeholders and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

We are looking to fill one permanent position and one temporary to cover for maternity leave.

You are our ideal candidate if:

 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business administration, Marketing, Digital, Tourism or similar.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience from a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in producing high quality CRM email campaigns (desirable)
  • Commercially, analytical oriented and pro-active in the use of data for improving results.
  • Very good team player

 

 

 

 

 In this role you will be responsible for:
