Norwegian is looking for a Junior personalization specialist to join our CRM team.
The team is a part of the marketing department and is responsible for CRM communication with Norwegian customers.
As a Junior Personalization Specialist, you will collaborate in creating personalized customer strategies for all targeted communication channels, including web, emails, and apps.
You will co-create strategies and tactics designed to enhance customer engagement and value through multi-channel, targeted, and personalized communication.
Your role will also involve analyzing customer data and assessing the results of personalized actions.
Additionally, you will assist in conducting business projects focused on customer personalization.
The position involves close dialogue with internal stakeholders and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role.
- Bachelor degree in marketing/economics/psychology/mathematics or similar
- High analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to draw conclusions and present them in an understandable way
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Commercially, analytical oriented and pro-active in the use of data for improving results.
- Very good team player
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Customer personalization
- CRM campaigns result
- Reporting tasks
- Cooperation in creating personalized customer strategies for all targeted communication channels (web, emails, app etc.)
- Co-creating strategies and tactics aimed at increasing customer engagement and value through multi-channel, targeted & personalized communication.
- Analysis of customer data and personalised actions results.
- Help in conducting business projects in the area of customer personalization.
