Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Integrated Master Scheduler to serve as the senior scheduler for a 14-person multidiscipline acquisition, logistics, operations, engineering, and foreign military sales team supporting a large U.S. Army SETA contract headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA. This key leader will also serve as the senior scheduler for the contract, assisting the Contract Program Manager with establishing scheduling standards and best practices across the organization. Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and analyze program-level IMS, including major milestones, deliverables, critical path, float, and schedule variances
- Coordinate efforts related to the design, development, and maintenance of schedules, applying various project management techniques (e.g., Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management)
- Serve as programs scheduling subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship to program staff on scheduling techniques and best practices
- Assist Team Lead and PM with contract deliverables and schedule-related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Current SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)
- > 12 years of relevant experience
- Extensive acquisition experience supporting Army aviation
- Expert knowledge in MS Project
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current U.S. blue passport and ability to travel frequently (CONUS and OCONUS) up to 5
- Adherence to and enforcement of programs teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual) when working remotely

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
