Job Description SummaryYou will be in charge of managing the Avio Aero local cross-functional training processes/plans/initiatives, the funded training process, the legacy Learning System (Avio Academy), interfacing with suppliers, HR partners, functional leaders / focal points. Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate business cross functional (such as I&D, English training, people leaders) and local HR learning initiatives and budget in accordance with Finance and HRPB/Functional Leaders
Identify and update learning KPIs in terms of Avio Aero initiatives (including Aerospace sourced), attendance rates, dedicated hours, costs, etc.
Monitor training costs along the year. Manage the payment and invoicing towards the LMS supplier and other providers
Manage and control the implementation and improvement of the funded training program process, ensuring the rigorous management of financing plans (Fondimpresa / Fondirigenti in particular) through internal processes – including coordination and influence of the functional training focals, assembling Avio Aero wide training plan, accomplishment of Union agreements as needed, keeping solid operating rhythms to review accuracy and manage deviations - and the support of any specialized suppliers to maximize the collection of funds for training
Handle training and relevant funding audits
Gather and support needs analysis, particularly focusing on projects eligible for funding
Identify opportunities to improve existing local LMS and relevant platform
Support processes / initiatives aimed at creating / updating competency maps / gap analyses, and relevant training as needed
Support design and delivery of training solutions and implementation of other solutions including development of training materials
Manage external training consultants for course development and delivery
Contribute to improve HR and training processes in a Lean perspective
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Law or related field
Proven experience in Learning / Training management or similar roles
Multi-year expertise in management of training funding processes and procedures, learning processes, contract & vendor management and handling of business stakeholders, matured and consolidated also in the world of specialized consulting and business assistance, as well as in the business
Fluent and/or excellent verbal/written skills in both English and Italian
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
