Job Title: Customer Service Representatives (SAP)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives with SAP experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer telephone calls, processing AOG orders for aircraft spares, and providing exceptional customer assistance.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming customer telephone calls for placement of AOG orders for aircraft spares, exchange components, special tools, and equipment.
- Assist customers in researching the correct part number by coordinating with Technical Services personnel.
- Enter appropriate order information, create SAP CRM tickets, and process customer orders for warehouse shipment.
- Provide customers with shipping information and delivery schedules for back-ordered items.
- Advise customers of changing statuses of back orders and expedite shipments upon receipt of items.
- Provide price and availability information to customers for aircraft spares, special tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling of AOG requests from service ticket creation to closure, maintaining continuous information flow with customers.
- Communicate with offices during working shifts and involve available resources (warehouse, quality, Italy FOC) to ensure proper support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of administrative experience in a corporate environment

Work Environment
Work in a small call center/office environment with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
