PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Logistics Planner to join our team and play a vital role in managing and optimizing material flow in the aerospace industry. What You’ll Do
As a Logistics Planner, you will:
Track, research, and expedite materials critical to production schedules.
Manage chemicals and consumables, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and inventory control.
Coordinate with supply chain teams, including procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to streamline logistics operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and disposal of expired materials.
Prepare logistics documentation for spares, equipment, and manuals to support product life cycles.
Analyze costs and material metrics, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
Facilitate inventory rotation and transportation of materials between locations to ensure on-time delivery.
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
Strong proficiency in Excel and database management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience with Cognos, CostPoint, and advanced Excel formulas (Index Match, Offset, Indirect, etc.).
Knowledge of material tracking and logistics systems.

Pay Details: $28.55 to $35.69 per hour
