* High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 8+ years of work-related experience
* Prior Manufacturing Planner experience
* CAD software experience
* Ability to analyze and interpret engineering data, including reading 2D and 3D drawings and specifications
* Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes
* Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience with Gold ESP
* Experience with MESCI
* Working knowledge of WIRS software Job Duties & Functions
* Plan and lead departmental and organizational processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations
* Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies that support business objectives
* Support mechanics by providing clarification related to planning, engineering drawings, and specifications
* Prepare build analyses and cost estimate reports
* Lead integration efforts involving suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
* Participate in source selection activities to ensure manufacturing requirements are met
* Develop complex tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering needs
* Manage tooling from initial design through end-of-use disposition
* Investigate and resolve complex or systemic manufacturing-related issues
* Conduct producibility assessments of design concepts and lead teams performing those evaluations
* Support enterprise-level benchspaning initiatives to incorporate best practices
* Create complex work statements and sequence events to support delivery commitments
* Develop scheduling templates for organizational use
* Draft, update, and review processes and procedures supporting business and regulatory requirements
* Document new job practices, techniques, and standards Physical Requirements & Environment
