Description:You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for the Production , Planning and Control team. Our team is responsible for the production planning for all of Orlando site operations.
Some responsibilities may include:
Coordination of interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering,
inventory control, traffic
Scheduling and expediting the
movement of parts by means of move orders,
stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.
Requires communication to production sites and vendor locations. Requires communication with program management and other internal customers.
Work outside of the normal operating hours including some weekends may be required.
The candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
Completed bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related major.
Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
Degree from an accredited college in the field such as supply chain management, operations management, or have business SAP ERP experience
Past experience with Buy Planning, Manufacturing and/or Make Planning experience
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.
Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including: experience with material requirements and Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas
Ability to obtain Green belt certification
Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
Very good organization and communication skills
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
