What You Will Be Doing
Are you passionate about analyzing data to uncover insights and drive performance improvements? Lockheed Martin is looking for a Manufacturing Planning Data Analyst to turn data into actionable intelligence. In this role, you’ll employ statistical methods to test hypotheses, explore relationships, and identify predictive factors that impact performance. By developing insightful data visualizations and predictive models, you’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, statistics, and visualization packages
• Strong understanding of traditional business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
• Experienced with the application of statistics and data mining in a business environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macros
• Demonstration of strong communication skills
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems, applications, processes, and data constructs
• Ability to eloquently communicate findings and data visualization from a complex analysis in a clear and concise manner at levels appropriate for various audiences
• Experience leading others in Agile environments
• Experience with CAPP/SFM
• Experience with Tableau

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
