We are seeking an additional Manufacturing Process Planner for our Surface Treatment Department to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team at Raytheon ELCAN. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, optimizing and maintaining department processes and work instructions. You will collaborate closely with co-workers in addition to Operations department team members to trouble shoot and navigate through various production and customer challenges. Continuous improvement and cost reductions will also be requested regularly during day to day activities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

Requirements/Key Competencies
- Knowledge of Surface Treatment Processes (Anodizing, Plating, etc)
- Analytical reasoning, decision making with business acumen
- Proactive team builder
- Effectual interpersonal, leadership and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge/understanding through study, instruction or experience
Education and Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and/or Metallurgy
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production environment
- Technical ability to interpret drawings
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
