Position Summary
The Marketing Services Leader is essential in orchestrating, executing, and refining B2B digital and traditional spaneting communication strategies and integrated spaneting campaigns. These initiatives aim to enhance the customer experience, build trust with our target audience, boost brand visibility, and generate leads for the Chomerics Division. This role involves collaborating with senior members of the Engineered Materials Group Marketing Communications (MarCom) team to strategize and deploy a mix of earned, owned, and paid communication efforts, including product launches, public relations, events, webinars, website management, and social media tactics. Additionally, this position entails establishing and monitoring key MarCom metrics and key performance indicators (KPI), ensuring insights are regularly reported to division stakeholders for strategic review and decision-making.

- Lead MarCom Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive spaneting communication strategies for the EMG Chomerics Division.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Craft and execute integrated spaneting campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Content Oversight: Oversee and update content across divisional web pages and digital platforms, utilizing SEO strategies for optimization.
- Social Media Engagement: Create and manage engaging content for social media channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Identify and track MarCom metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of spaneting tactics.
- Reporting: Regularly present campaign performance and digital analytics to division stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Event Manager and/or Coordinator to organize trade shows, virtual events, and webinars.
- Collaboration: Engage with the MarCom team to stay ahead of industry trends, adopt best practices, and streamline processes.
- Creative Asset Production: Work with internal and external partners to produce creative assets (graphics, videos, etc.) and manage public relations efforts as needed.
- Annual Planning: Develop and oversee the divisions yearly MarCom plan and budget, incorporating feedback and obtaining approval from division stakeholders.
- Channel Partnership: Partner with distribution channels to enhance the visibility of division content and support with product schools as needed.
- Adaptability: Efficiently manage MarCom priorities and adapt to changes to achieve business goals within set budgets and timelines.
- Travel Requirements: Position requires overnight travel (average 15).
Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; 8+ years of experience.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on individual work and teamwork in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Writing Proficiency: Skilled writer and communicator, with strong presentation and project management capabilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), spaneting automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), and customer relationship tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Confidentiality Commitment: Commitment to confidentiality, ensuring secure management of customer information and operational data.
