General

This is a full-time position that reports to the President, Eastern Airlines and interacts with all employees & visitors of the company.

The successful candidate must be able to represent the company in a professional manner and exhibit the values and culture of the company while working with all employee groups including executives in a fast-paced/dynamic environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing reports and presentations, and managing filing systems.

  • Oversee the Company’s presence on various social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and moderation across channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest.

  • Manage relationships with social media agencies to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively implemented.

  • Direct digital spaneting efforts across all social channels to support business goals and attract new customers.

  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on company performance, delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership and internal teams.

  • Enhance the company’s brand and reputation through strategic social media activities, integrating efforts with digital spaneting and public relations to manage communication challenges.

  • Stay informed about competitive landscape, spanet changes, and developments in the industry.

  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor when greeting visitors and staff.

  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including setting up new hire workspaces.

  • Assist Executives with special projects as needed.

  • Perform various general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing.

  • Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring organization and availability.

  • Process and schedule incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, including managing FedEx/UPS accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with security system processes for new hires and terminations.

  • Coordinate food and beverage arrangements for meetings and events, including setup and cleanup.

  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Executive or Leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Social Media Coordination.

  • Highly ethical and trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher) and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.

  • Passionate about creating compelling and engaging digital spaneting content.

  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and a criminal history records check (CHRC).

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and adept at managing competing priorities in a dynamic setting.
