STi is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the STi Headquarters. This position will assist the Office Manager with the overall operation of the Office, and have oversight of reception operations, coordination with HR and Recruiting.
The Office Assistant performs a variety of assigned clerical and administrative duties essential to the daily operations of the assigned department. Duties may vary by department
Education/Training
High School diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate degree (A.A.) or a bachelor’s degree from a college or university in Business administration or related field preferred
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to STi policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
- Co-ordinating office procedures
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing calendars
- Organizing and maintaining files, electronic and physical
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Co-ordinating incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Generating invoices, general reports and correspondence
- Providing information to customers’ requests and questions
- Answering emails and online requests
- Inventory management assistance
- Carrying out general office tasks as required in support of the management team
