What You Will Do
Administrative support to Bulding 2 Operations. This includes but not limited to:
Download and management of SAP data.
Download of monthly raw data from SAP CADO and ZIRR for capacity planning and HPP productivity review
Download of performance tracking charts such as daily flow rate, lead time tracking and backlog charts.
Collaborate with Operation Leaders to close EHS and Quality findings timely.
Level 3 project coordinator who perform pre-job EHS assessment for contractor and supervise contractors in accordance to EHS requirements.
Escort contractors in and out of premises in compliance with ITC requirements.
Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and any other additional tasks assigned by Building Unit Manager (BUM).
Willing to work either on 2nd or 3rd shifts.
Perform weekend duty supervisor either on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts to ensure shop discipline.
Qualifications You Must Have
NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in related fields.
Proficient in soft skills (Microsoft Excel & Power Point).
Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
Qualifications We Prefer
Engineering or equivalent in related fields.
Min 5 years of supervisory experience or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.
Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
